MONDAY - Tai Chi (11-11.45am)

Come and join us. No skill or experience needed.
The style is Chen Style Taijiquan Practical Method.
Benefits: improve joint health, build up muscle strength, improve balance, develop ability of concentration, harmonise body, mind and spirit.

TUESDAY - Mindfulness (from 1pm)

Mindfulness offers practical support to restore calm and happiness in our busy lives at any time and any place. Mindfulness is an evidence based practice that can alleviate anxiety, stress, exhaustion and depression.
Practice cultivating stillness and mental training to calm your mind and reduce anxiety.
Learn about Mindfulness concepts and practice meditation to incorporate in your daily life.
These are 30 minute workshops taking place between 1pm and 3.30pm weekly.

THURSDAY - Waiata Group (2-3pm)

Social singing group for all levels.
No knowledge of te reo Māori is required.
Come along and enjoy singing some songs from your school days or learn some new ones. 

FRIDAY - Produce Day (11.30am -3pm)

Come and let us know if you need a "top up" of fresh fruit and veg.
