Walking is a great way to get out, get active and improve our physical and mental health. Enjoy chatting and connecting with others.
Join us for a 45min walk through Queenstown Gardens and finish with morning tea.
Each walk is co-facilitated by QMC’s Health Coach and Happiness House.
Meet 10am every Thursday at Happiness House – Open to the whole community!
