Helping you get the support you need

Happiness House Community Centre Support

Support

We are here to help you navigate your way through any challenging situations that life throws your way. We offer a one-on-one support service helping you identify the best resources and support available in the community for you and your situation.

The role of Happiness House’s support service is to act as a link between you and services within the community. This can happen by providing you with information, assisting you through an agency referral or individual advocacy. What areas of support can we support and link you with…

Community navigation is all about listening to you, focusing on what matters to you, and developing a plan based upon what you identify to need. At Happiness House it is important for us to offer support in a warm and homelike environment, so we invite those needing support to book a time to come for a cup of tea and a chat with one of our team members.

Please get in touch with the team so we can find a good time to chat with you.
